Mildmay Farm and Stud has a small selection of homebred or yearling purchases, thoroughbred horses for sale. They are available at realistic prices to good homes as we do not like to sell our horses at sales where they are likely to be purchased to race abroad. They are suitable for competition, riding/pony club or hacking homes. Eligible RoR classes or are unraced. Most have been re-schooled. All have good temperaments and are good to catch, shoe and box. They hack out alone or in company and open to vet. All the horses which have been in training have retired sound.

Perfect Rapture

Lovely 4yr old mare 15.2 hh with correct conformation, good paces and a fantastic attitude and temperament. 100% box, shoe, clip and catch. Ran a couple of times last year but too slow to win on the flat. Now being re-schooled and ready to start a new job. Loves to jump and snaffle mouth. Purchased as a yearling, ran a few times. 15.3hh 6 year old bay mare. Very talented horse with a big, scopey jump and fantastic paces. Careful and bold cross country including ditches and in / out of water. Successfully completed first "Intro" event and was 3rd second time out (video of dressage available). She has been brought on slowly and ready to go on to compete at Dressage, Show jumping, Eventing or PC/RC. Hacks out alone or in company.
